ORNS ENROLLMENT FORMS
If you are interested in registering your child at ORNS for the 2012-2013 school year, you will need to fill out the Application for Enrollment.
Extended care programs vary from providing 5 full days of care for your child to one day of lunch bunch per week. For more details, look through our extended care information.
PARENT-HELPER INTEREST FORM 2012-2013 - Please complete this form if you are interested in applying for a Parent-Helper position at ORNS. Details are explained within the application.
BOARD MEMBER AND COMMITTEE MEMBER FORM 2012-2013 - Please complete this form if you are interested in volunteering your time to serve on the Board of Directors and/or as a committee member.
ORNS WAIT LIST - If you would like to have priority over other new families during registration at ORNS, apply to be on our Wait List. Fill out the application and either drop it off at our school or mail it to us with the $20 fee.
